Get away from your stuffed wallet

The aim of this project is to conduct human-centered research and to derive insights informing the future of financial transactions. My task is to investigate how people use their wallets and identify the associated complexities and problems, then come up with a design opportunity that utilizes new technology to impact how people make transactions.

NFC provides privacy and security

NFC is a set of standards for smartphones and other mobile devices to establish communication with each other by touching them together or bringing them into close proximity, usually no more than a few centimeters. NFC devices can be used in contactless payment systems, similar to those currently used in credit cards and electronic ticket smartcards,.
